Program

Morning Star Missionary Baptist Church in Meigs is celebrating its annual Senior Mission program at 2 p.m., Sunday. Pastor Horace Holloway and Faith and Grace Ministry Church of Thomasville is in charge of services. Refreshments follow the service.

Banquet

 Family & Friends Full Gospel Baptist Church is holding its annual Black History Banquet at 7 p.m., Saturday, at the Thomasville High School Cafeteria.

The speaker is Thomasville City School Superintendent Sabrina Boykins–Everett. Donations are $20 for adults and $10 for students and tickets can be purchased at the door.  The entertainment will be sponsored by Minister Michael Turner of Thomasville.

Program

Willow Head Missionary Baptist Church is holding its annual Black History Program at 11 a.m., Sunday, Feb. 9. The speaker is Sabrina Boykins-Everett, superintendent of the Thomasville City School System. The Youth Movement Choir & Joyful Noise will provide song service.

Event

Mt. Olive P.B. Church is holding its annual black history program at 3 p.m., Sunday. The Rev. William Cason and Centennial M.B. Church is in charge.

Service

The Rev. Terrell Carter is the guest speaker at Paradise M.B. Church at 11 a.m., Sunday.
