Life-changing revival

A Life-Changing Revival is at Evangelizing The Word Church, Pavo, Sunday, Dec. 29, through Friday, Jan. 3. The Dec. 29 service is at 5 p.m. All other services are at 7 p.m. Speakers are Dorothy Glass, prophetess/founder, and Dr. Reginald Baker. Soloist/speaker is Thessia Baker. Praise event

Restoration Tabernacle Ministries, 1002 N. Broad St., is holding a New Year's Praise-A-Thon from 8 p.m. to midnight on Tuesday with various musical artists ministering in song and numerous ministers presenting messages include Pastor Carl Washington and Pastor Corey L. King Sr. The public is invited to attend.

Youth day

The youth of Providence Missionary Baptist Church, where the Rev. Dr. Emory C. Virgil is the pastor, is celebrating its final Youth Day celebration of the year at 10:45 a.m., Sunday.  The speaker is Henri Abrams, a aenior at Thomasville City Schools Scholars Academy and a member of the Thomasville Bulldog football and basketball teams. There will also be musical ministering from the Providence Missionary Baptist Church Youth Choir, as well as ministering through dance by the Angels of Praise and N2Him Dance ministries.

Services

The members of Faith Temple Church, 231 Legion Blvd., are holding a super service at 11 a.m., Sunday. At 10:30 p.m., Tuesday is a watch night service to celebrate the new year.

Event

A watch night service is at 10 p.m., Tuesday at Willowhead M. B. Church. The Rev. Spencer Wilson is the speaker.

Youth day

St. Thomas AME Church is holding a youth day program at 11 a.m., Sunday. The speaker is Minister Ashley Sellers.

Celebration

St. Luke CME Church and Faith and Grace Ministries Inc. is holding a moving forward end of the year celebration at 9 p.m., Tuesday at MacIntyre Park Middle School auditorium.
