— Special day

Richland Missionary Baptist Church, Five Forks Road, Boston, is celebrating family and friends day at 11 a.m., Sunday. The Rev. John Law is the guest speaker and Lassac CME church choir is the musical guest. Dinner follows.

Revival

Willow Head Missionary Baptist Church is holding revival Wednesday through May 30. On Wednesday, the Willow Head Mass Choir will perform, Thursday is Cross Roads Christian Center and the Rev. Horace Holloway in charge and May 30 is Worship Ensemble from Bainbridge. The speaker is Pastor O’Hara C. Black from Orlando, Fl.

Anniversary

Zion Christian Outreach Ministries Church is celebrating its fifth anniversary at 7 p.m., today. The speaker is Apostle Terrence Drake and Greater Harvest Ministries of Camilla is in charge. At 11 a.m., Sunday is Senior Pastor Elder Linda Ann Bradley and Zion Christian Outreach Ministries Church is in charge.

Sing

St. George Chapel CME Church in Thomasville is holding a fourth Sunday sing fellowship at 2 p.m., Sunday.  Gospel recording artist Precious Melton, 17, of Tifton is to perform. Also performing are Bethlehem CME Church choir, Midway CME Church choir, Minister Josie Burkes, the Hopkins Brothers, St. George Chapel CME Church choir, St. Paul M.B. Church choir and Union Hill M.B. Church choir. There is no charge for the event.

Revival

Mercy Seat Christian Church is holding the Mercy Seat, Ochlocknee and Piney Grove M.B. Church revival at 7 p.m., Monday through May 30. The guest minister is the Rev. Rudolphy Neely, pastor of New Hope Missionary Baptist Church of Gretna, Fla.

Concert

The Dixie Echoes will be in concert at 6 p.m., Sunday at First Newark Baptist Church. There is no charge for the event. For information, call 228-1418.

Service

A licensing and ordination service for Prophetess Adreian Augusta, Pastor Peter Augusta, Evangelist Janice Toles-Baety, Evangelist Jacqueline Tucker, Prophetess Selena Dukes, Prophetess LoNeisha Anderson, Ministre Felicia Brown, Minister James Miller and Evangelist Tonya Miller is at 2:30 p.m., Sunday at Mt. Zion Primitive Baptist Church.
