Church briefs

THOMASVILLE — Pineland  VBS

Vacation Bible school will be held at Pineland Baptist Church Sunday through Friday, June 13, with classes for preschool through adult. The Sunday through Thursday classes are from 6 to 8:30 p.m. Vacation Bible School Family Night is from 6 to 8:30 p.m. Friday.

Children’s Day

St . Thomas A.M.E. Church will conduct the Children’s Day program at 1 a.m. Sunday. The speaker will be Shaunta Lamons Cooper.

Fellowship

City- and countywide fellowship services are at St. Thomas A.M.E. church at 3 p.m. Sunday. The speaker will be the Rev. Floyd Narcisse of Grant Chapel A.M.E. Church in Moultrie.

Crossroad VBS

Crossroad Christian Center Inc., 200 Euclid Drive, will conduct Vacation Bible School Tuesday through Thursday from 6 to 8 p.m.

Mt. Olive revival

The Mt. Olive P.B. Church annual revival is Monday through Wednesday at 7:30 nightly. The evangelist is the Rev. Curnell Henry, pastor of Shiloh M.B. Church. Various choirs are on the program.

Appreciation

The fifth appreciation celebration for the Rev. Dr. C.L. Green is Sunday at Springhill Missionary Baptist Church, 4292 Hall Road. The Rev. E.H. Hopkins will deliver the 11 a.m. morning message. The anniversary program begins at 3 p.m., with Prophet Trevor Berry and Power of Faith Christian Center, of Atlanta, in charge of the service.

First Unity VBS

First Unity Missionary Baptist Church will conduct Vacation Bible School from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday through Wednesday, with classes for all ages. Dinner will be served afterward.

The church will celebrate its Usher Board anniversary at 11 a.m. Sunday.

Bride program

Aucilla M.B. Church will conduct a Million Dollar Bride Program at 2:30 p.m. Sunday. Pastor Donald Walker and New Jerusalem M.B. Church will be in charge of services.

East Side VBS

Vacation Baptist Church is at East Side Baptist Church, 220 Colton Ave., Monday through Friday, June 13, from 9 a.m. to noon for ages four through sixth grade.
