Published May 09, 2008 12:02 pm - NEW Groundbreaking set for judicial building The long-awaited groundbreaking for the Thomas County Judicial Center has been set for Monday, May 19. The $10 million structure is to be funded with revenue from a Special Purpose Local Option Sales Tax. A contractor for the project will be named the same day.
