The Thomas University Lady Night Hawks (7-14, 3-7) couldn’t handle the Sun Conference-leading St. Thomas University Bobcats (11-10, 8-2), falling 79-58 on Saturday in Miami Gardens, Fla.

The Bobcats closed out the first half by outscoring TU 27-12 to take a 42-24 lead.

Junior guards Miracle Watts (15) and Christina Wynn (11) were the only Lady Night Hawks to reach double digits in points.

TU will return to action Thursday when its hosts Northwood University at 5:30 p.m.
