Rant & Rave June June 13

“Violence at schools is the result of crazy people. We’ve got to deal with the mentally ill, and the Obama administration has done nothing to resolve this problem. The ban on guns helps them. Put up fences and have armed guards. That is the answer.”

“It’s saddens me to see comments where Americans are blaming guns and want something done about them. In America, something was done about guns — and it’s called the Second Amendment.”

“Help, Thomasville. You have to spray for mosquitoes before they carry us away.”

“I hope the owners of those dogs are caught. I hope they take some punishment just like they treated those dogs. I hope they don’t have children because if they can do that to dogs, imagine what they could do to them. Dogs and cats are like people. They want to be loved.”

“No disrespect to the animal situation, but there are starving elderly people and children all over Thomas County. Put $4,000 toward feeding them.”

“The hard-core right managed to get Obama elected by forgetting about the middle-of-the-road voters. They are on the same course for 2016. How does President Hillary Clinton sound to you? That's what is guaranteed to happen if the far right dictates who runs against her.”

“If Deal was doing as badly as governor of Georgia as Obama is as president of the United States, there would be massive unemployment, a limping economy and outrageous taxes. No, compared to Obama, Deal is a star.”
