Archbold announces employees of the quarter

THOMASVILLE — Each quarter, Archbold employees who have gone above and beyond are nominated by their colleagues to become Employee of the Quarter.

A committee composed of department managers reviews the nominations and selects one employee in four divisions — nursing, administrative support, clinical support and Archbold Health Services — who has demonstrated a dedication to excellence.

Archbold Memorial Hospital and Archbold Health Services are proud to announce the following employees as Employee of the Quarter for the second quarter.

Renee Dickerson, RN, nurse in the Cardio Pulmonary Unit and AMH Employee of the Quarter for the nursing department. Her nominator described her as an employee who is loved and respected by her colleagues and patients for her kindness and compassion, and also as a team player with an extraordinary work ethic.

Ruby Crenshaw, transport supervisor and AMH Employee of the Quarter for administrative support. Her nominator described her as a positive example for her staff and one of the nicest people you will meet. The nominator also complemented Crenshaw on her dedication to making sure the department runs effectively and efficiently, while ensuring the patients come first.

Abbey Smith, pharmacist and AMH Employee of the Quarter for clinical support. Abby’s nominator described her as the epitome of a clinical pharmacist who has made a distinct impression on the nursing floors where she raises the bar for patient experience with her presence. Smith’s nominator also said she is a key leader and truly an asset to Archbold.

Sharnta Atkins, pharmacy technician in the high-tech pharmacy and the Archbold Health Services’ Employee of the Quarter.
