93rd annual flower show opens

THOMASVILLE — The Thomasville Garden Club’s 93rd Annual Standard Flower Show opened at the Garden Center Friday afternoon with a ribbon cutting, a jazz band concert and a piano concert inside the lobby.  The show continues today until 4 p.m. with a free Children’s Butterfly activity from 10 a.m. to noon on the patio of the Garden Center.  The following winners were announced from the show:
