THOMASVILLE —  A Thomas County grand jury returned an indictment on a Thomas County man in the April shooting death of his wife.

Jerrall Queen was indicted on a charge of malice murder in the death of Tabitha Glenn Queen, 34, at the couple's 520 Bernice Glenn Road home.

The couple was arguing, and Ms. Queen was shot twice in the torso in a bedroom of the family residence south of Boston. Her body was found in the living room.

Queen, 46 at the time and employed at a Thomasville industry, fled and was captured in south Grady County about six hours later.
