The person who killed two others, then turned the gun on himself in Cairo 10 days ago has been identified.
Jacinto Olquin, 38, Eighth Avenue N.E., fatally shot two men about 7:30 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 16, at a residence at 1019 Eighth Ave. N.E., Steve Turner, special agent in charge of the Thomasville regional office of the Georgia Bureau of Investigation, said Tuesday.
Turner said Olquin fatally shot Jose Reyes Beltran, 57, 1019 Eighth Ave. N.E., and Aliro Ramirez, 39, 1019 Eighth Ave. N.E.
Olquin lived on the same street as the other two men, but not at the same house.
