Mr. Stokes died Monday, June 15, at Archbold Memorial Hospital. Born Dec. 6, 1954, in Grady County, he was a son of Durwood Stokes and the late Doxie Hudson Stokes. He was married to Janice Noles Stokes, who survives, he owned Quality Car Care, Inc. and was a member of Long Branch Baptist Church. In addition to his wife, Janice Noles Stokes, of Cairo, Georgia, he is survived by sons, Phillip Stokes, and girlfriend, Jennifer Mobley, Cairo, Georgia, Wesley Stokes, Cairo, Georgia; daughter, April Elizbeth Noles, Chicago, Illinois; brothers and sisters-in-law, Wayne and Emma Stokes, Thomasville, Georgia, Danny and Desire Stokes, Thomasville, Georgia, Raymond Stokes, Whigham, Georgia; sisters and brothers-in-law, Teresea and Michael Weeks, Thomasville, Georgia, Patsie and Jason Prince, Cairo, Georgia; parents, Durwood and Pauline Stokes.
