Services for Dorothy M. Gilliard Raulerson, 77, of Panama City, Fla., formerly of Thomasville, are at 2 p.m., Sunday, Nov. 8, 2009, at Allen and Allen Funeral Chapel. Interment is in Laurel Hill Cemetery. Mrs. Raulerson passed away Thursday morning, Nov. 5, 2009 at her home. She was a beloved mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Mrs. Raulerson is survived by her husband, Floyd "Shorty" Raulerson of Panama City; a daughter, Ellen Jaramillo and husband, Ralph of Panama City; two sons, Edward Maury of Orlando, Fla., Ralph Gilliard of Colorado Springs, Colo.; three sisters, Kathleen Joiner, Myrtle Barnes, Shirley Gaskin all of Thomasville; a brother, John Spivey Jr. of Cairo; two grandchildren, Nick McElvain and wife, Heather, Alishia McElvain; three great grandchildren, Gauge, Mayrsa, and Toby McElvain; and numerous nieces and nephews.
