A memorial service for Weyman Perrian Chandler, 68, of Valdosta, is at 2 p.m., Thursday, Nov. 19, 2009 in the chapel of the Carson McLane Funeral Home in Valdosta. The Rev. Eldridge Lyons will officiate. Interment will take place at a later date in the Georgia National Cemetery in Canton, Ga. Mr. Chandler died on Thursday, Nov. 12, in Pike County, Ill. He was born May 2, 1941, in Atlanta, Ga. to the late Dewey H. and Ila Belle Peppers Chandler.  He was the co-owner of Automotive Transfers and was a Vietnam veteran having served in the United States Air Force.  He was of the Baptist faith, and was an avid big game hunter in which he achieved many records. Survivors include two daughters and sons-in-law, Tracie and Jeff Fiveash of Thomasville, Amanda Lynn and Barton L. Smith of Canton, Ga.; four grandchildren, Ivey Fiveash and Chandler Fiveash both of Thomasville, Makenzie Smith and Gracie Smith both of Canton; one brother, Robert Chandler of Kennesaw, Ga. The family will receive friends from 12 until 2 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.  In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Heart Association, P.O.
