Blanche Hunter Tinsley

THOMASVILLE — Memorial services for Blanche Hunter Tinsley, 71, of Boston was born on October 15, 1942 in Pavo to the late Warren Hunter and Lois Vonier Hunter.  She was of the Baptist Faith.  She was former manager of Benny’s Grocery in Pavo.  Mrs. Tinsley departed this life on Tuesday, January 28, 2014 at her home.  Survivors to cherish her memory her son James Randy Strickland of Boston; daughters Brenda Gail Causey of Boston and Sherry Lee Blanchard;  2 grandchildren Delisa Lynn Barrow and Ashley Renee Blanchard; 3 great-grandchildren Emma Ray Barrow, Gafin Lee Williams and Livia Renee Harrison; brother Lawrence Hunter of Pavo; sisters Elsie Redfearn of Pavo, Marceline Jones of Donalsonville, Faye Hiers of Moultrie, Marie Sherrod and Margie Sumner both of Pavo; brother Bobby Hunter of Pavo.  She was preceded in death by her son Jason Paul Strickland.  Sign the Register book online at www.whiddonshiverfuneralhome.com — Whiddon-Shiver Funeral Home
