Mary Frances Evans

THOMASVILLE — Graveside services for Mary Frances Evans, 83, of Thomasville are at 10 a.m., Thursday, July 3, 2014 at Laurel Hill Cemetery. Deacon Howard Halladay will officiate. Ms. Evans passed away June 29, 2014 at Camellia Gardens. Born Jan. 31, 1931, in Thomasville, she was the daughter of the late James Frederick Evans, II and Helen Parker Evans. She was a homemaker and a graduate of Agnes Scott College. She is survived by her friends, Phyllis Dees of Thomasville and Sherrie Lancaster of Quitman. She is preceded in death by her brothers, William Parker Evans and James Frederick Evans III. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Miss Kitty Feline Sanctuary, 425 Covington Ave., Thomasville Ga. 31792.
