Jane Emilie Lillie Bass

THOMASVILLE — A memorial service for Jane Emilie Lillie Bass is 7 p.m., Tuesday, July 8, 2014 at Whiddon-Shiver Funeral Home Chapel. Mrs. Bass died Friday, July 4 at her residence. Born Oct. 1, 1958, in Binghamton, N.Y., she was the daughter of the late James Lillie and Doris Wilcox.  She received her bachelor of science in nursing from Valdosta State University and was a former Nurse at Archbold Memorial Hospital. On April 20, 1989, in Thomasville, she married Kenneth Fuller Bass. She was a member of New Growth Baptist Church. Survivors include her husband, Kenneth L. Bass of Ochlocknee; son, Todd Lamar Mobley of Ochlocknee; daughters, Cherish Lorene Baillargeon (William) of Ochlocknee, Melody Jane Mobley of Ochlocknee; sister, Robin Shepard (Rick) of Texas; nephew, Joseph Henegar (Brandy) of Moultrie; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Joe and Nancy Bass of Coolidge; nine grandchildren; and numerous other family members.
