Larrie Brinson

— Larrie Brinson was born on February 20, 1957 in the Patten Community (Thomas County) to Ms. Rosetta Brinson and the late J.D. Williams. He served in the U.S. Army from 1978 to 1984.  He was united in holy matrimony to Angela Lamons-Brinson on October 21, 2006. He was a member of First Missionary Baptist Church in Barwick, GA. He was employed by the Herndon Family in Moultrie, GA. He was very much loved by his nieces and nephews. He was well-known to his family and friends of telling stories of things in the past.  Larrie Brinson passed away on Monday, February 10, 2014 at Archbold Memorial Hospital in Thomasville, GA.  He leaves to mourn his precious mother, Ms. Rosetta Brinson of the Patten Community; his loving wife, Angela Brinson; one stepdaughter, Naketia Coston; one stepson, Kenneth Coston, Jr; five sisters, Willie Mae Brinson of Thomasville, GA, Betty Jean Jackson of the Patten Community, Mamie Williams, Joann Williams and Glorian Williams all of Lakewell, FL; ten brothers, Eddie James Brinson and Jimmy Brinson both of Pavo, GA, Willie Williams, C.D. Williams, Ralph Williams, Weslie Williams, Ronnie Williams, Daryl James Williams, John Wesley Williams and Leroy Williams; three aunts, Nadine Reddick, Willie Mae Williams both of Boston, GA and Mary Francis Williams of Thomasville, GA, two uncles, Herbert Brinson and Edder Brinson of Boston, GA; one special friend, L.D. Herring; a devoted nephew, Christopher Jackson; six godchildren, Malik Miller, Malaysia Wolfe, Keuntae Wolfe, Zsantinique Arrington, Shakierra Lamons and Ivan Hobbs. He also leaves a host of nieces, nephews, sister-in-laws, brother-in-laws, other relatives and friends.  Funeral services will be held on Saturday, February 15, 2014 at 3:00 P.M. at the First A.B. Church in Barwick, Georgia with Rev. Charles Dunbar officiating.  Burial will follow in the Barwick Cemetery.  Public viewing and visitation will be held on Friday, February 14, 2014 at the Stevens-McGhee Funeral Home in Quitman, Georgia between the hours of 9:00 A.M. and 9:00 P.M.  Condolences may be made to the family at wwww.stevensmcgheefuneralhome.com — Stevens-McGhee Funeral Home
