Graveside services for Johnnie Othel Holloway, Sr., 84, of Thomasville will be at 2:00 PM, Wednesday February 27, 2013 at Liberty Hill Baptist Church Cemetery in Mitchell Co. Pastors Larry & Ann Nunnally and Pastor Darrell Owens will officiate.  Mr. Holloway died on February 23 at his residence.  Born August 20, 1928 in Andalusia, AL, he was the son of the late Johnnie and Lela South Holloway.  He was married to Lynda Futch Holloway, who survives.  Mr. Holloway was a sales coordinator for Riverfront Groves in Vera Beach, Fl.  He also served as chief of police in Apopka, FL and worked for the Times Enterprise in Thomasville.  He was a member of Victory Fellowship Church.  Other survivors include daughters, Nancy Holloway of St. Petersburg, FL, Pam Sudduth of St. Petersburg, FL, Terri Hinds of Thomasville, Jerri Driggers of Savannah and sons Robert Holloway of St. Petersburg, FL, Curtis Pridgett of Ohio, and Samuel F. Hinds of Thomasville.  Also surviving are 10 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren and a brother Vernon Holloway of Plant City, FL.  He was preceded in death by a son, Johnnie O.
