Larry McClain

THOMASVILLE — Mr. Larry McClain was born on May 12, 1956 in Coolidge, GA to the late Mr. Wiley McClain and Mrs. Annie Mae Mitchell McClain.  He graduated from Thomas County Central High School in 1974. He later attended Thomas College in Thomasville, GA. Larry gave his life to God at a very young age and became a member  of Silver Hill M.B. Church of Coolidge, GA.  He leaves to cherish his memories sisters Annie Lou Holland of Fort Lauderdale, FL., Lorene Brown and Belinda Wright of Thomasville, Ga., JoAnne Brinson of Albany, Ga. Sandra Scott and Cathy (Jay) Davis of Forest Park, Ga.; Brothers Nathaniel (Saundra) McClain and Wiley (Clement) McClain of Albany, GA., Earl McClain of Thomasville, Ga.; Aunts Mary Green and Opal Calhoun of Coolidge, Ga; Martha Ervin of Jacksonville, FL., Pastor Jimmie Lee Mitchell of Thomasville, Ga. He also leaves a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. He is preceded in death by his sister Bernice McClain and brother Benjamin McClain. Funeral services for Larry McClain will be at 11am Saturday, February 1, 2014 at Silver Hill M. B. Church, Coolidge, GA. Dr. Warren Hope Pastor and Rev. Eric Calhoun, Eulogist. Family will receive friends at 119 Hambleton Street, Thomasville, Ga. — Hopkins Mortuary
