Roger K. Presley

THOMASVILLE — Roger K. Presley, 63, of Meigs, died Saturday, June 7, 2014, at Archbold Medical Center in Thomasville. Memorial services will be 11 a.m., Tuesday, June 10, 2014, atParker-Bramlett Funeral Home. Born Nov. 25, 1950, in Colquitt County, Mr. Presley was a retired rural mail carrier, farmer and timber buyer for Beadles Lumber Co. He was a member of New Bethel Baptist Church. Mr. Presley was preceded in death by his mother, Delphine White Presley; a sister, Beth Presley; and his first wife, Ann Wilkes Presley. Survivors include his wife of 37 years, Kay Ragan Presley, of Meigs; daughters, Jodi Scott (Sean Buxton), of Snellville, Victoria Nix (Todd), of Thomasville, Mary Beth Donalson (Billy), of Cairo, Kathryn Jones (Lee) of Woodstock, Jennifer Terry (Jody). of Norman Park; his father, Charles R. Presley, of Meigs; brother, Charles R. Presley Jr., of Meigs; and grandchildren, Chelcie Nix, Elizabeth Nix, Winnie Dunlop, Meredith Jones,Jake Jones, Alexa Buxton, Gavin Buxton, Ian Buxton, Kahlan Donalson, Patrick Terry and Ward Terry. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m., Monday, June 9, 2014, at Parker-Bramlett Funeral Home. Flowers will be accepted, or memorials may be made to the charity of your choice.
