Virginia Willis Price

THOMASVILLE — Graveside services for Virginia Willis Price, 88, of Pelham, are at 11 a.m., Saturday, May 3, 2014, at Laurel Hill Cemetery in Thomasville. The Rev. Neal Hager and Chaplain Steve Alligood will officiate. Mrs. Price died May 1 at Pelham Parkway Nursing Home. Born July 2, 1925 in Moultrie, Ga., she was the daughter of the late Alton C. Willis and Kennie Lasseter Willis. She was a seamstress making draperies. She was preceded in death by her husbands, Johnny P. Lambert , Aaron Morey Sr. and James Price. She was a member of Whitesburg Baptist Church in Whitesburg, Ga. Survivors include her daughter, Brenda Ann Hannon (Lee) of Camilla; grandchildren, Loree (John) Cox, Brendon (Vicki) Hannon, Lydia (Dan ) Davis, Danielle (Shawn) Veater, Jessica (Chris) Rider, Karey Morey; 11 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a son, Aaron “Al” L. Morey Jr.; and sisters, Gladys Alligood and Edith Rehberg.
