During that time, Ga’ Lisa was very dedicated to the youth ministry at Cosmopolitan Baptist Church. She gave her life to the Lord and was Baptized on July 21, 1999. She obtained her certification as Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and worked at Woodmont Assisted Living Community for some time. Thereafter, she attended Bainbridge College to attain classes towards an Associates in Business Administration. Ga’ Lisa was very hard working, adventurous and friendly. She love the Lord, her family and enjoyed helping people. Through she had no children, Diamond, her dog, was her baby. She left with us the day before passing, “Please be there for each other, grow closer to God, and love your family and friends.” On the afternoon of March 29, 2014, God in his infinite wisdom called Ga’ Lisa to her heavenly home. We can rejoice in knowing she received Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior. She will forever be loved and truly missed. She leaves to cherish her memory, a father, Gregory Gerald, Sr., mother, Tangala Gerald; brothers, Gregory Gerald, Jr. (Laketta), Geremy Gerald; a sister, Ganine Gerald; grandmother, Betty B. Gerald-McDugle (Alexander, Jr.); uncles, Larry Smith and Mickey Smith (Sharon); nephew, Krischan Gerald; and a host of loving great uncles and aunts, cousins, relatives and friends. — Williford’s Funeral Home
