Juanita Alice McCurley Jenkins

Services for Juanita Alice McCurley Jenkins, 53, of Pavo, GA, will be at 3:00 p.m., Thursday, November 15, 2012, at the Chapel of Clark Funeral Home, Cairo, GA.   Interment will be in Greenwood Cemetery, Cairo, GA.  Mrs. Jenkins passed away on Monday, November 12, 2012, at Archbold Memorial Hospital, Thomasville, GA.  Active pallbearers will be her nephews.  Mrs. Nita was born on September 7, 1959, in Cairo, GA, to Eunice Loverne Nixon McCurley and the late Allen A. McCurley.  She was employed with Caterpillar and was a loving home maker.  Mrs. Nita was of the Baptist faith.  Survivors include: Husband, Jerald Lamar Jenkins of Pavo, GA; sons, Geoffry Gill of Boiceville, NY, John L. Jenkins and James R. Jenkins both of Tallahassee, FL; daughter, Christina L. Jenkins of Tallahassee, FL; mother, Eunice Louverne Nixon of Thomasville, GA; brother, Dewey Allen of Cairo, GA; grandchildren, Jason Harmon of Thomasville, GA, Ava Marie Gill, Paige M. Gill and Keagen Gill all of Boiceville, NY, Christian Jenkins of Denver, CO; and a host of nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by her father, Allen A. McCurley.  The family will receive friends at the home located at 179 Hunt Road, Pavo, GA, on Wednesday, November 14, 2012, from 12:00 noon until.  Guests may sign the online register at — Clark Funeral Home
