Graveside services for Mrs. Annie Belle Pittman will be held at 3 pm Sunday, November 18, from the graveside at Enon Baptist Church Cemetery. The Rev. Gary Holland will officiate. Active Pallbearers will be Bruce Pittman, Todd Young, Robert Young, Jeffrey Clark and Jason Clark. Mrs. Pittman died Friday, November 16, 2012 at the Brynwood Center in Monticello, FL. Born August 29, 1920 in Pavo, GA she was a daughter of the late C.P. Wood and Trudie Leola Redding Wood. In  1938, in Pavo, she married Robert Lee Pittman who preceded her in death in 1967. Mrs. Pittman was a retired seamstress and had worked for Warners and Taylors Drapery in Thomasville. She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church in Monticello, FL. She is survived by a son Harold Pittman and his wife Sarah of Monticello; a daughter Joanne Young and he husband George of Thomasville; Grandchildren Bruce Pittman of Thomasville, Susan Pittman of Tallahassee, FL, Johnny Young of New Orleans, LA; Todd Young and Robert Young both of Thomasville. 12 great- grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren also survive. The family will recieve friends from 6-8 pm saturday at Whiddon-Shiver Funeral Home.. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Covenant Hospice, 1545 Raymond Deihl Road, Tallahassee, FL 32308.
