Rant & Rave for July 15

— “Great column about impeachment, friend Arthur! Obama is not the best or worst president ever, but he probably is the one who has had the most lies spread about him — not a citizen, etc., ad nauseum.”

“A man may fail many times, but he becomes a failure when he tries to blame it on someone else.”

“Does anyone find it odd that the editor of a mullet wrapper such as the Times Enterprise is suddenly an authority on what it takes to be the leader of the United States? If you are such an authority, Mark Lastinger, why is it that the best you can do is what you are currently employed as now? It definitely does not make for a good resume to be the leader of this nation. Grab your mullet wrapper and lead someone to the buffet line. That's your calling. Leave the political world to people with credentials and brains to do their job.”

“Rev. Jones, what do you think about abortion and gay marriage? The president you support supports those things.”

“That was a wonderful article about WPAX. You forget to mention that he has the best bluegrass program in the country. Y’all done good.”

“Great column, Mark. Real leaders don't use the office of the presidency for whining and for hardcore political attacks, either.”
