Rant & Rave for May 22

“I think it's pronounced AR-CHEE-BALD.”

“I get so frustrated when I read in the paper that cars are getting 'broken into" and guns taken. Be responsible. Keep your guns locked up or with you, and lock your car doors! There is no excuse for giving criminals free guns.”

“It's disturbing to keep hearing that our president did not know of serious problems in his administrative duties until he heard about them on the news.”

“How many times has Barack Obama denied knowing about a thing, but when he found out, he became angry and vowed that ‘misconduct will be punished?’ Feigned anger and non-existent consequences just look like more lies, covering not accidental things, but shameful things done on purpose.”

“Randy Young's column was one of his very best. The great progressive eras of history had many people who were not ‘normal.’ Today, there are too many folks trying to fit a mold and be ‘normal.’”

“Andrew Parker’s column ‘What’s behind the stage?’ was interesting and very readable. It looks like he has a future there, and he should pursue it, I think.”

“My favorite mispronunciation of the hospital name is ‘AR-CHEE-BALD.’”
