Rant and rave

THOMASVILLE — “None of us are being forced to read anything or believe anything. Our Constitution gives each of us equal opportunity to pursue a life of prosperity and freedom. The Bill of Rights enumerates those particular rights we have. It's all right there for all citizens of America. We also have been provided laws to guarantee that Constitutional promise of protection..”

“Obama is bursting the left's bubbles. Everyone lives in one, as defined by personal perceptions. But on the left, petty personal grievances are bubbles upholstered with vengeful political correctness, where intent trumps results, and failure is an unacknowledged bitterness. Obama re-ignited all the fantasies, but he has not delivered. The smartest president ever has demonstrated, through fundamental stupidity, to have more like the guile of a con man. Tired of defending him" is an understatement.”

“The left wastes no time, yet again, to demonstrate what racists and bigots they are, by thoroughly trashing Justice Clarence Thomas after his decision — one of six on the court — upheld the wishes of Michigan voters in outlawing affirmative action in state matters. Justice Sotomayor even called Michigan residents "racists" during oral arguments, and so recused herself from opining. Way to go, liberals.”

“If you are ordinary Joe Citizen and don't pay your taxes, the IRS "levies" what you do have, or seizes every federal dime going your way, until they're satisfied — and that's after they scare you half to death. If you're one of the 1,100 IRS employees who have done the same thing, you still get your yearly bonus. So much for public service.”
