The Georgia Bulldogs are awaiting one of the biggest games in their history.
Not only will the Bulldogs playing for the SEC championship against the Alabama Crimson Tide on Saturday, a BCS Championship berth is on the line when the two teams collide at the Georgia Dome.
The contest can’t get here soon enough for the Eastern Division champions.
“Everybody's ready for the game to get here. Everybody's excited,” said former Thomas County Central standout and Georgia defensive end Ray Drew. “We realize we can't play the game until Saturday. Coach (Mark) Richt's biggest thing is prepare mentally now and don't use your energy now. We're just getting ready for the game (today) and that's the only time you can play it.”
