THOMASVILLE — An investigation is under way into what appears to be a double murder/suicide in Cairo, but on Monday, a lot of questions were unanswered.

The shootings occurred about 7:30 p.m. Saturday at a residence at 1019 Eighth Ave. N.E., Cairo.

It is believed one man fatally shot two other males, then turned the gun on himself.

However, said Steve Turner, special agent in charge of the Thomasville regional office of the Georgia Bureau of Investigation, until preliminary autopsy results are available, the GBI will not release who it is believed shot whom.

Preliminary results are expected in a couple of says.

The dead are:

• Jacinto Olquin, 38, Eighth Avenue N.E.

• Jose Reyes Beltran, 57, 1019 Eighth Ave. N.E.

• Aliro Ramirez, 39, 1019 Eighth Ave. N.E.
