THOMASVILLE — While lawmen were watching suspects’ Villa North apartment, another officer encountered the suspects walking along Old Albany Road.
Narcotics agents had received information about marijuana being sold at Apartment H-7, 510 Old Albany Road, home of Clarence Woody, 40, and Terry Woody, 31, a married couple.
Firearms also were possibly in the dwelling, said Kevin Lee, Thomas County/Thomasville Narcotics/Vice Division commander.
After learning Clarence Woody was a convicted felon, narcotics agents, Thomas County Sheriff’s Office and Thomasville police investigators and SWAT set up surveillance on the apartment.
