Thomas County Central High School is ready to reopen its doors to students when the new academic year officially begins Tuesday, Sept. 8. Reminders posted at all open school entrances caution faculty, staff, students and visitors not to come in if sick and that masks are required to enter the building.
All persons entering the school will have their temperature checked via the wrist, including visitors. Each teacher received a cleaning kit including hand sanitizer, wipes and other items to disinfect their classroom.
School administrators took every possible precaution to ensure a safe, sanitary and successful school environment.
