THOMASVILLE: Brookwood’s Upper School Student Government Association devoted their weekend to service leadership and planning an exciting year for the student body and Brookwood family.

The group enjoyed a weekend together at Myrtlewood Plantation. They participated in a service project and team building and leadership activities. Students’ creativity and leadership skills will be showcased during school-wide events this year.

Students were tasked with grocery shopping for a recipe that they would later prepare and cook for the local soup kitchen. Altogether, the group was able to donate a multitude of large freezer meals to the soup kitchen and numerous grocery gift cards to local grocery shoppers.
