THOMASVILLE — Every vehicle entered — and one stolen — in a Monday night crime spree was unlocked, according to police.

Police are investigating a Monday night series of break-ins on Imperial Drive, Sherwood Drive, West Pastime Drive, Doncaster Drive and Nottingham.

"We also have a report of a stolen black Toyota Tundra from Friar Tuck," said Maj. Wade Glover Police Department public information officer. "If your car was tampered with, even if nothing is missing, please report this to dispatch at 226-2101."

Residents also may call 911.

The resident whose truck was stolen was a victim nine years ago in a similar incident.

Residents in the area hit are asked to check surveillance cameras for possible suspicious activity Monday night. Glover said police do not know exactly what times the incidents were occurring and are asking residents who have security cameras to check the recording to see if a suspect was spotted on video.

"We need help to identify the culprit or culprits," he said.

Residents with video footage should contact the police investigations division at 227-3302.
