THOMASVILLE — The October Term 2009 Thomas County Grand Jury returned a number of indictments in a recent session.
Jurors found evidence sufficient to indict the following individuals:
• Jarrett T. Williams — Rape, aggravated sodomy.
• Daniel Marsh — Three counts child molestation, two counts aggravated child molestation, three counts statutory rape.
• Buford T. Brown — Two counts first-degree arson, two counts burglary.
• Travis Emanuel Cone — Two counts first-degree arson, burglary.
• Michael B. Boynton — Two counts first-degree arson, two counts burglary.
• Dana T. Belle — Theft by taking.
• Jon D. Borel — Burglary, theft by deception.
• Scottie O. Colston — Armed robbery, possession of firearm during commission of a felony.
• Ricky T. Stevens — Aggravated stalking.
• Robert T. Lent — Aggravated assault.
• Lloyd V. Collier, also known as Lloyd V. Collier Jr. — Burglary.
• Rebecca L. Adams — Two counts aggravated stalking.
• Jarvis D. Jackson — Cocaine possession with intent to distribute, operating a vehicle without liability insurance, improper tire.
• Carlton E. Gibson III, Leonus Barnes — Sale of cocaine, illegal substances near housing projects.
• Brandon D. Adams — Cocaine possession with intent to distribute, two counts illegal substances near housing projects, marijuana possession with intent to distribute, possession of controlled substance.
• Kevin L. Smith — Possession of hydrocodone, driving without a license, failure to wear safety belt, open container, operating a vehicle without liability insurance.
• Gerald Lawson — Crossing guard lines with drugs, misdemeanor marijuana possession.
• Terrance L. Brown — Misdemeanor marijuana possession, fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, failure to stop at stop sign, failure to maintain lane, driving with improper registration.
• Sherrod T. Gore — Cocaine possession with intent to distribute, obstruction of officer.
• Monkeith L. Samuel — Fleeing or attempting to elude police officer, reckless driving, obstruction of officer.
• Cornelius L. Ward — Attempt to commit felony, armed robbery, two counts kidnapping, four counts aggravated assault, possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony.
• Sammy L. Reed — Theft by taking, attempt to commit felony, entering auto, obstructing officer.
• Ray E. Edwards — Armed robbery.
• Harry T. Bell Jr. — Armed robbery, aggravated assault, kidnapping, possession of a knife during commission of a felony.
• James W. Veasey — Theft by taking, robbery, fleeing or attempting to elude police officer, driving on wrong side of roadway, four counts disregarding traffic control device, reckless driving, speeding, driving while license suspended.
• Julius L. Kerbo — Armed robbery, aggravated assault.
• Joel T. Cooper — Theft by receiving stolen property.
• James H. Baron — Aggravated stalking, terroristic threats.
• Terrance L. Brown — Four counts theft by conversion, false report of a crime, identity fraud, first-degree forgery.
• Willie B. Cook — Theft by taking, obstruction of officer, driving while license suspended, reckless driving, driving on wrong side of roadway, leaving the scene of an accident.
• Charles F. Garbett — Aggravated child molestation, aggravated sodomy, two counts child molestation.
• Ronnie Bates — Aggravated stalking.
• Chaize Dent — Aggravated assault (family violence).
• Daniel A.C. Kinsey — Statutory rape.
• Rimarcus Neloms — Burglary, entering auto.
• Brandon T. Mickens — Cruelty to children in the first degree.
• Monica Newkirk — Cruelty to children in the first degree.
The following individuals were indicted on accusations:

• Michele L. King — Unlawful possession of ephedrine.
• Deborah L. Brooker — Unlawful possession of ephedrine.
• Cynthia Williams — Theft by taking.
• Alex R. Small — Sale of marijuana, illegal substances near schools, illegal substances near parks.
• Brian K. Folsom — Methamphetamine possession with intent to distribute, possession of hydrocodone, possession of a Schedule IV controlled substance.
• Joyce A. Rorie — Criminal attempt to manufacture methamphetamine.
• Albert L. Brown Jr. — Sale of cocaine.
• Raymond G. Fenner — Two counts fraud in obtaining controlled substance.
• Eli Williams — Manufacture of marijuana, cocaine possession.
• Charles J. Clark — Cocaine possession.
• Jacob B. Owens — Possession of Schedule II controlled substance, misdemeanor marijuana possession.
• Paula J. McCumber — Cocaine possession.
• Robert E. Preston — Possession of MDMA (ecstasy).
• Timothy Stewart, also known as Jaws — Marijuana possession with intent to distribute, cocaine possession with intent to distribute.
• Leonard B. Branham — Cocaine possession with intent to distribute.
• Donnell Edwards — Marijuana possession with intent to distribute.
• Dylan C. Arrington — First-degree forgery.
• Anthony C. Dent — Cocaine possession with intent to distribute, marijuana possession with intent to distribute.
